Currently, Roy is a Partner in the building of a 3D-printed Bungalow in Melbourne, Florida as well as Land Development and Multi-Residential Home Building in the Halifax area in Nova Scotia, Canada. He has led many successful endeavours that have focused on Creative Financing for Business and Real Estate acquisitions.
